Not sure who I spoke with today in the store, but she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm so glad to have found this store! My first pot of the Golden Yunnan Chinese black tea you recommended was so unbelievably good, and made me happier than a spot of tea ever should! The tea documentary we were talking about is "All in This Tea". Here's a link:http://www.amazon.com/All-In-This-Tea/dp/B001LYX2IG I saw it streaming on Netflix.

I love coming into the shop, especially for the CHAI Tea. When I am feeling a bit down, I head over to Global Infusion for a Chai and just being in the shop changes my mood. EVERYONE is so very and genuinly friendly. Thanks for the wonderful atmosphere and coffee's, teas, and other goodies. It is a great place to visit.

HI Beth, I loved bringing my daughter into your shop while home from Boston for a little bit of shopping and tea. Also the tea pot I was telling you about is a Breville. Hope you try it out - I love it!

Enjoyed visiting your store while in MI recently. A nice selection of so many different things. Kind and friendly staff. One of the best stores on my visit to MI from Western MA.

I visited this store for the first time last Saturday. Very friendly and informative staff. Very clean and organized displays. The chocolate I bought was AMAZING! I also purchased two scarves and got great comments wearing one to church on Sunday. They have a great selection of "fair trade" items. If you go (and I hope you will) be sure and stop in when you have at least an hour. It may look small but you will want to take your time looking at everything. If you are into tea and coffee you will need more than an hour. Also, be sure to check out Clothing Matters right next door. These are two great stores you will want to check out when visiting Grand Rapids! I'm from Jackson and I will be back! :)

I had my first visit here over the weekend, looking for something to rebalance my hormones after having my daughter. I chose the "Luna Blend" tea and it was wonderful and got me the results I was hoping for. While I was there, I had too much fun looking at all of the beautiful fair trade items, for which I know I will be back. It was a great experience all around.

Awesome store! Fair Trade is such a great movement and we should all be appreciative toward our local shops who support it. Take care!
